    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I have listened to this debate and I see no trouble with it. If you look at the definitions at the second paragraph on Page 1329, there is the definition of a specialist there. It means “a medical practitioner or a dentist who has completed an approved postgraduate training in a particular field of medicine or dentistry.” And Section 3A(1)(i) is talking about a specialist medical or dental practitioner. Definitely, it refers back to that definition. So, there is no trouble at all. We can do away with this extra bit of “with a degree in medicine”. It is unnecessary. It can be done away with and it will still be fine."
