I thought in the Health Laws (Amendment) Bill, we had proposed amendments to the Food, Drugs and Chemical Substances Act, Cap. 254, which after consultations, it is agreed that they should be dropped. The Speaker has made a Communication, it is the House to drop them on our behalf. I do not think the Speaker can drop those amendments just because of a Communication."
