    "content": "The amendment seeks to provide clarity to the chapter in the Constitution which if contravened will constitute an offence. The Bill as drafted provides that contravention of any provision of the Constitution is a ground for disqualification for appointment to the council. The Committee’s amendment seeks to specify such contravention to Chapter Six of the Constitution that relates to leadership and integrity."
