    "content": " I think there is a printing error here. He might be amending the wrong thing. If you go to Section 11(5), it is about appointment of the Registrar under subsection 1. It says it may be renewed subject to a satisfactory performance, while what we are talking about is that the officers appointed under this section shall be paid such remuneration and allowances as the Council may from time to time determine. I think something has moved out of shape here. There is a clerical error, so I would propose that we leave it and recommit at the end."
