    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chair, this amendment is trying to remove the consultation and the approval of the Minister. That is the only thing missing. They are right because the Cabinet Secretary under the law has no powers to decide on how much allowances and remuneration people must be paid. The council should be the deciding factor based on what SRC will provide."
