    "content": "The amendment seeks to correct grammatical errors in the Bill. It also seeks to provide with clarity that only a licensee who fails to apply for a new licence after expiry of their licence shall not be eligible to practice. A licensee who duly applies for a new licence but whose licence is not renewed within 30 days shall not be prohibited from practising, if they have already applied."
