    "content": "Most of these projects should be looked at and I hope that this Committee will get to the bottom of this matter. Among other issues, it should consider the following:- (a) Is it that we are going to pay billions of shillings for infrastructure projects that are not giving us returns on investments? (b) How will we ever get ourselves from the debt situation and the very precarious fiscal situation in this country if we are investing in things that are not going to give us returns on investment? Madam Temporary Speaker, my prayer is that the Committee gets to the bottom of this, not just for the Isiolo Airport but many other infrastructural flagship projects."
