    "content": "Whereas it is common knowledge that an efficient public transport system creates economic opportunities, enables trade, reduces traffic and congestion; facilitates access to markets and services and makes efficient use of resources, we have seen very little effort, if any, over the years in trying to reorganise and restructure our public transport system. Studies have shown that for every shilling invested in public transportation, approximately four shillings in economic returns is generated where there has been very little investment towards this."
