    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I rise to support this Statement by Sen. Sakaja on bringing order to the transport sector in this city. Madam Temporary Speaker, I was listening to the Leader of Majority comparing Nairobi with Washington DC in terms of the politics that surrounds the debate of whether Nairobi should be a city or a county. In that assertion, there are only two disparities; one is that Washington DC is a very small city of about 177 square kilometres, while Nairobi is about 693 square kilometres.
