    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 9 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause— (1) Every Kenyan has the right to safe and nutritious food that meets their dietary needs at all times. (b) in sub-clause (2) by— (i) inserting the words “Despite the generality of subsection (1),” immediately before the words “The Cabinet Secretary” in the introductory clause; (ii) deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
