    "content": "We have been pushing our counties to make sure that they become self-sufficient and diversify their revenue streams. This Bill can and will be able to spur economic growth in the counties. This is with regards to fees that can be charged from parking bays and the ease with which these developments can help counties diversify their revenue streams. With those few remarks, I support and congratulate the Senator for Narok County. I look forward to support him to implement this."
