    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I stand to support this Petition by Hon. Robert Mbui. As you remember, the Kyanguli fire incident was a very sad incident that happened in this country. Other incidents have also occurred like the St. Kizito one. The issue of compensation in this country, not just this, in terms of all the judgments that are made by courts, has been a challenge.
