Judgments have been made, people are supposed to be compensated, but some people even die without getting their compensation. Again, as Hon. Wamalwa put it, inflation also affects the compensation. For example, the value of Kshs10 million in the 1990s is different from its value today. So, this is something that needs to be looked at. The compensation should also reflect the change of time.
