    "content": "I support the Motion because it is timely and very important. Right now, Members are aware that we are trying to expand our primary schools to secondary schools because of the Government policy on 100 per cent transition from primary to secondary schools. We are forced to construct secondary schools on pieces of land where primary schools currently exist. It has become very difficult for us to acquire land. The land where primary schools exist is not sufficient for secondary schools. The Government policy on construction of secondary schools is that you are expected to have equal amount of land for secondary schools and primary schools."
