    "content": "Some schools were started through community initiative where a community donated land. Such schools do not have title deeds. Members of the families that donated the land have since passed on and to get the title deeds is a big challenge. We need to ensure that every school is given a title deed for its land and the process needs to commence immediately. This way, we will ensure that continuous grabbing of public land is avoided."
