    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I thank Hon. Kanyi for bringing this very important Motion, which I support. I support this Motion because it helps, particularly in Kenya and broadly in Africa, to re- orient our education and help us see ways in which we can encourage our young people and those who go to school to make important choices. If we think about the current education system and choices, we realise that there are those who make choices for specialisation and who tend to go to universities and other colleges for formal certification. We also have those who make choices to embark on various trades. They would go to vocational training and look for skills and competences. They are the ones that we have heard a number of honourable Members speak to in terms of their skills. These are electricians, plumbers, mechanics and carpenters. As I support this Motion, I am particularly keen that we ensure that it helps us to encourage our students to have a way of understanding what they would like to do and how they want to meet the needs of people in the community. As I conclude, I would like us to see how this particular Motion will get us to see that education is a process of receiving or giving systematic instruction.
