    "content": "We cannot sit back and see all those young people; the cobblers or plumbers get idle simple because they have no certificate. We pay a lot of money through the NITA. My company does that but rarely do we see them going to where those people are. So, it is high time those centres opened at the constituency level which will be beneficial to the people at the grassroots."
