    "content": "For quite a long time, the Ministry of Labour, through the Directorate of Industrial Training has been sponsoring many of those graduates from polytechnics to higher levels of education and awarding them higher certificates and even paying for them. It is high time those people were recognised and given certificates which are based on their competencies and skills so that they help this country achieve its Vision 2030 and even the Big Four Agenda. I support the Motion."
