    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Ministry of Education is at the mercy of the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and the Ministry of Finance which is the budgeting Ministry. We have regularly asked for increased funding, but it has not been forthcoming. I would like to request the Members that we all collectively fight to get extra funding for our children."
