    "content": " I beg to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development the following: (a) When is the ongoing construction of the Kisumu-Kakamega-Webuye Road expected to be completed? (b) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that the said road has numerous design gaps, including huge open drainages, lack of foot bridges and pedestrian walkways, which lead to numerous accidents and loss of lives? (c) Would the Ministry could consider compensating victims of road accidents that result from poor road designs?"
