    "content": "Part IV of the Bill provides for the issuance of the warehouse receipts for agricultural products deposited in a particular warehouse and the information that the receipt must contain. So, there will be a document known as the warehouse receipt that must be provided to the vendor or the person who wants to deposit goods or cereals in the warehouse. The information that the receipts must contain is provided for in Part IV of the Bill. The receipt must contain the establishment of a central registry operated by the council for the purpose of registering all the transactions that take place within the process of the warehouse receipt system, the replacement of lost goods; the replacement of stolen or destroyed receipts and the status of duplicate receipts issued."
