    "content": "As a country, we also need to invest in these issues. I can see we have the council and another registry maintained by county governments. My fear is that we are going to have unnecessary duplication. Being a country that is riddled with corruption, we hope and pray that the two levels of registration and inspection will not be an avenue for corruption."
