For example, every person knows that farmers in North Rift and western Kenya plant at the beginning of the year. Therefore, fertilisers like DAP need to be made available at the beginning of the year because it is used for planting. But, at times, you find that that fertiliser is available in May which is not useful because people would have planted agricultural products."
