    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in stating what he intends to do to reduce the rampant insecurity in Ololunga, the Assistant Minister has said that he will increase patrols, among other things. Similar incidences have arisen in Rongai and the police do not have vehicles and at times, they do not have fuel. What is he doing to ensure that there are enough vehicles to enable the police to conduct the patrols that he is talking about? This is an issue that we have raised several times."
