As many speakers have said, warehouse receipt system is an innovative one in which a receipt is given to farmers for the produce or goods they deliver to a particular licensed warehouse to be stored in a good condition. The farmer will then receive a receipt which he can use to leverage with regard to farm inputs and loans from financial institutions."
