    "content": "Members have spoken a lot about storage, which is supposed to save us on post-harvest challenges. Members have also talked about giving farmers an opportunity to store grains as they speculate on prices. The Member for Kitui spoke on the bumper harvest of green grams and pigeon peas which they had. I also heard a colleague speak on something different about the storage of apples in South Africa which takes about eight months. He proposed that we should replicate the same for our English Potatoes so that we can store them for a longer period as we speculate on prices."
