Immediately thereafter, my CDF offices and the water company offices were broken into. Last week, the district hospital was broken into and a doctor beaten up. As the Assistant Minister addresses the issue of insecurity in this House, what has he done to address the issue of insecurity in Yatta Constituency? This is particularly in Matuu, Kithimani, Katangi and Chua?"
