    "content": "With regard to the sentiments of the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Sports, Culture and Tourism, there is a lot of controversy in the Ministry of Sports, Culture and Heritage because of the amount of money that will be allocated to this fund. There are three aspects that the fund will deal with. These aspects are sports, arts and social development. The social development aspect will mainly be the universal healthcare for all for the next five years. Please, pass the message to the Ministry of Sports, Culture and Heritage that this fund, based on the amendment that was passed in the Finance Act, will be managed and regulated by the National Treasury."
