    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I stand to support this very important Petition which addresses the youth unemployment issue in this country. Kenya’s unemployment rate is very high. It is placed at 35 per cent. With the promise of employment, especially after graduation, most of our graduates are becoming more and more frustrated. Most of them have hope of being employed on completion of their education. As much as different education policies have been formulated overtime to divert our youths from white-color jobs and encourage them to create their own employment opportunities by enrolling in vocational and technical trainings, it has never been successful in that direction. Our youth are coming out of universities and colleges with the hope of being employed and have great dreams.
