    "content": "There is a fair share of distribution of the various positions that are given, but every time a Kenyan delegate was proposed for a position, there was a lot of enthusiasm. That is because of the level of dedication and leadership that, over time, the Members who have been representatives at the IPU have shown and taken from this country into the IPU.
