    "content": "Minister, who has gotten a continental job. This may not be the right time to mention that, but when our people thrive in international positions, Kenya stands out. For example, we recognise Sen. Wako, who is also a leader in a global organisation under the United Nations (UN). We also have hon. (Dr.) Mukhisa Kituyi and others. In fact, the standing of Ghana, as a country in Africa and the world, is far much better because of the people like the late Kofi Annan, among others. One of my lecturers was also leading a very important department of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) and another one was in World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO)."
