"content": "I congratulate Sen. Kihika on her election as the Chair of International Women Parliamentarians. That is a very big honour. As Sen. Murkomen said, sometimes we do not appreciate our own when they make it internationally. It is not easy to become the President of the International Women Parliamentarians. However, the fact that it is Sen. Kihika who got it does not surprise me because she has been a trailblazer throughout her life. We know that she was one of the very few, if not the only, lady county speaker in the last term. She was then elected Senator. This is a trailblazer.
