    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am grateful that an amount of Kshs151 million has been allocated to Ol Kalou. I would like to challenge the Minister to do a priority list, so that, that money will be released on the basis of that priority list. One thing which concerns me is the delay in rehabilitating those dams, which continue to create a lot of problems in terms of spreading diseases like amoeba, dysentery and other waterborne diseases. Could the Minister assure this House, and the people of Ol Kalou Constituency, that the money that has been allocated will be released once I submit the list of priorities?"
