    "content": "Having said that, let it not be thought that I abusing this opportunity to go into other matters. This is a very important Bill. If you look at Kenyan towns and cities 40 years ago whose plans were developed during the colonial times, and for about five to 10 years after Independence, they were maintained as such. These were beautiful urban developments. Quickly on my fingers I can mention Kericho, Eldoret, Nakuru, Nanyuki and Kisumu. These were beautiful cities. Nakuru, for example, even the railways station was not just made for passengers. However, it was constructed to be an iconic structure within the City of Nakuru. It is a city which was well planned.
