"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. First, I want to take this opportunity to thank the Assistant Minister for giving a very comprehensive answer to my question. Secondly, I also want to thank her for being frank that this country has a lot of potential in the mineral industry but it is not doing anything. Why has her Ministry neglected such an important industry in this country for a long time? I would also like to know why the Department of Mines and Geology has no capacity, no modern equipment and, therefore, cannot carry out its functions well. Finally, when will we have the new Mining Bill because the last Mining Act was enacted in 1940?"
