    "content": "There is also the issue of the oversight committee. While it is provided for in the Act, the modalities of appointment of members to the committee are not very clear. They are not gazetted like the NG-CDF committee members. Essentially their role seems to be limited or curtailed. I ask the Committee to seriously look at it and make it mandatory that the members of the oversight committee are duly gazetted so that they have the same powers like those of the NG- CDF to oversee the work of the various organs of the NG-CDF Committee."
