    "content": "I believe that if the county governments can look at what the NG-CDF can do with the little money and yet we are allocating billions of shillings to county governments.. Recently, I was in my home county and the only thing I could see was some sheds constructed even in areas where there are no vehicles. You just see sheds at a bus stage. Those are misplaced priorities and then when you look at the money spent, you wonder. We can utilise this money well and we are urging NG-CDF Board to release the funds. We are still running on the 2017/2018 Budget. We have not used the 2018/19 Budget and yet, the financial year is half-way.
