    "content": "On bursaries, I think the funds will never be enough. We should increase those funds so that they can reach as many people as possible. There are areas with so many parents who expectantly look at NG-CDF for bursaries to take their children to school. Sometimes, the money allocated is not enough. If you give a cheque of Kshs5,000 and school fees is Kshs20,000, then you have done very little and the child will still remain at home. I think we need to look at how we can increase funding to pay school fees for more children. This will help parents to keep their children in school."
