    "content": " Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Report. I wish to indicate that whenever you travel out of the country, there are two best practices that Kenya is cited for: NG-CDF and M-pesa. When I sat as a Member of the Pan-African Parliament, there were several Members from other countries who wanted to come to Kenya to learn how we manage NG-CDF. Several other countries have picked the practice because of the difference that the NG-CDF has made. It is also a further good practice that, as a Parliament, we audit the way it is run to ensure it is beneficial to the country."
