    "content": "I am encouraged. I have looked at the Report from Page 216 onwards. I see a few issues which I could take up. I see something recurring about the fund managers being unable tocomply with accounting procedures and so on. This requires re-training. On therecommendations, we were not able to make amendments to your Report but you should havemade a recommendation to the NG-CDF Board to retrain the fund managers in accounting sothat they can be able to address the issues as asked of them by the Auditor-General from time totime."
