"content": "The only challenge that I see with the NG-CDF when it comes to bursaries is that the money is far too little. When a secondary school is charging Kshs50,000 per year and the NG- CDF can only give Kshs5,000 in that year, then the Kshss45,000 left is supposed to be raised by the parents. It is ridiculous because that child will not go to school. While you are spending Kshs5,000 on every child that deserves bursary, the money is like getting lost. The children are not going to school. They are dropping out. They are not being sustained and are not completing their education. So, it is crucial, as I have heard here, that we need more money in the NG-CDF. That is true, but I also take the same opportunity that you can work with the County Woman Representatives."
