    "content": "On the issue of oversight committees, we are given mandate as patrons of the NG-CDF to appoint four people as oversight committee members. However, they only get 2 per cent of the monitory and evaluation amount. For instance, in the last Financial Year, they only had Kshs60,000 for the whole year. This is something the board and the NG-CDF Committee need to look at and review it. Oversight should be given its space."
