    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, having said that, it is one sector that is improperly regulated, full of chaos and the cause of the worst traffic accidents in this great Republic. In fact, I do not know of any public hospital of Level Five and above that does not have a designate ward that is called ‘ Boda Boda Ward.’ This is because so many boda boda riders suffer the worst accidents that we can ever imagine. These boda bodas are causing the worst accidents in the country because they are accessible to the rural areas. When we usually talk about accidents we refer to highways, roads and so forth. We now find accidents in very small villages. You would find someone who has broken an arm, a leg or has head injuries somewhere in the village. Even transporting them to hospital is a problem because it can only be through bodaboda. However, because of the nature of the accident and injuries they have sustained, it becomes difficult to get them from the village to towns."
