    "content": "If the Chairman of the Committee is unable to move the report, then any other Member of that Committee can move the report. So, you will not be permitted to carry out further investigations or consultations after a report is tabled. A very dangerous indication in your communication to the Speakerâs Office is that some changes to the Report are envisaged. You cannot make changes to the Report after it is tabled in the House. The House takes custody of it, and the House may deal with the report either by adoption or rejection or amendment. So, please, be directed accordingly. For the moment, Order No.9 is deferred to a later date and the House Business Committee will determine time that will be suitable for it."
