"content": "Order No.10 will similarly be deferred until such time that the House Business Committee will give it space on the Order Paper, on the grounds that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance has indicated to the Speakerâs Office, that the amendments to the Bill, which were being processed are not yet completed. This is largely on the ground that the Minister for Finance himself was away, transacting business on behalf of all of us in New York. So, he was not able to complete the requisite amendments that would have entailed meetings with the Committee."
