"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me an opportunity to mourn with the family of Hon. Nyarangi Moturi. This is one of the former Members of Parliament who have been good examples to a lot of young people. He has stayed in business and politics. In fact, he started his political party which he used to vie for a senatorial seat. This means that he was an active politician until his demise. We want to mourn with the people of Borabu led by the next governor of Nyamira. We had opportunity to visit the area, and you can see he set good standards. He is a good example of a leader. We mourn with the constituents and the family. I thank you, Hon. Speaker."
