    "content": "Equally, the county governments are anxiously waiting for this House to process this Appropriation Bill. Of importance, the Budget and Appropriations Committee and Members of this House appreciate the role being played by the Judiciary in ensuring that we all adhere to the laws of this country. In the Supplementary Budget and through this Appropriation Bill, we have enhanced the funding to Judiciary by Kshs1.5 billion. The Judiciary, through the Chief Justice and his team, came before the Budget and Appropriations Committee and we agreed that it is true that the Judiciary needs more money and it is the only organ in the Appropriation Bill which The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
