    "content": "We shall be calling the NG-CDF Board now that I know Members will be able to process this Appropriation Bill by tomorrow, that they promptly disburse funding to constituencies. I know how anxious Members are. We are in the Financial Year, 2018/2019 and your proposals have not been approved by the board. That is because of the uncertainty in terms of the amounts each constituency is supposed to get. Immediately this Bill is passed, the team at the National Treasury should send monies to the NG-CDF Board. This is the only fund which makes sense in this country. This is the only fund which delivers value for money. This is the only fund where the monies end up with Wanjiku or mwananchi . So, we will continue promoting this fund by making sure that it gets adequate allocation of funding and resources. With those remarks, I want to beseech my colleagues that we contribute and pass this Bill. With that, I second. I thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
