That is what he said. Why? People are tired. They do not see where we are going. This is the second quarter of the year and yet, we already have a deficit of Kshs559 billion. No wonder when the Committee asked people to come and give their views before the Committee, nobody even bothered to come. I would not have done it because it would be useless."
