    "content": "I support the Bill. My message is that we should reorganise Government agencies. It was said very well that let us move further and reorganise some of these agencies and save money. I support the Bill because I want the NG-CDF like yesterday not today. The NG-CDF is the only entity that people who live in ivory tower oppose because they do not go home. But those of us who go home, people tell me I am doing a good job because I use the NG-CDF. Let us pass this Supplementary Appropriation Bill which has come because we lack discipline. Let us pass it for the sake of getting the NG-CDF to have functions in the rural areas done."
